We have 23 years of appraising in Florida, with 15 of those years appraising properties in Santa Rosa and Escambia counities.  Residential properties in this area vary considerably ranging from condominiums and beach homes on Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach to rural homes with acreage in the northern sections.  The area attracts flocks of tourists in the summer to the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  Likewise, the area military base employment and related employment afford a steady market in terms of real estate transactions.  Mititary based include the Pensacola Naval Air Station, Whiting Field Naval Air Station at Milton and Hurlburt Field Air Force Base at nearby Ft Walton Beach.
